He is familiar with most areas of commercial and residential real estate including, but not limited to; investment, multi-family, residential sales & leasing, office, land assembly, development, churches, condominium sales, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Rodrick began his real estate career in New Jersey selling brownstones and loft condominiums in Hoboken & Jersey City. After a decade of leasing & sales, Rodrick decided to exclusively pursue multi-family investment sales in the San Fernando Valley. In Los Angeles, Rodrick tracked and found the right real estate assets to fulfill his clients’ 1031 exchange upleg requirements. By using his specialties, such as cold calling area sensitive buyers and sellers, sending targeted mass mailers, and calculated follow-up, Rodrick brokered real estate investments to fit perfectly into his buyers’ portfolios. As of late, Rodrick has assembled several parcels on behalf of his non-profit affordable housing developer clients, who are seeking to build housing for seniors, veterans, the homeless and the disabled.
