Mike manages all aspects of accounting, finance and technology at Vending Group, a national leader for food, beverage and service programs. Managing a small to medium-sized business requires him to have deep knowledge and expertise in many different business areas, from financial analysis to contract negotiations to human resources. Mike is responsible for long-term forecasting, managing the operational budget, overseeing business systems and managing the accounting and technology groups.As Chief Strategy Officer for Red Wizard Group, Mike is able to leverage his years of experience as a business consultant where he enabled companies to be more efficient through their use of systems and better processes. He serves as an internal consultant to help the Red Wizard Group family of companies develop and implement strategies to attain their goals – whether it is maximizing profitability, accelerating growth or entering new lines of business.
