I recently completed my PhD in Epidemiology at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health, where I focused on C. difficile infection and its association with antimicrobial stewardship programs. In general, my interests include hospital epidemiology and healthcare-associated infections, including mitigating the spread of drug resistant organisms within and between healthcare facilities. I have extensive experience in managing and analyzing electronic healthcare record data and other large data sets. My analytical skills include multivariable regression modeling, time series analysis, cluster detection, and stochastic simulation modeling. I believe in the power of data in solving our public health problems.
