Negotiated management buyout of California Center for Sleep Disorders to form GSH, then grew company from 5 to 12 locations and 25 to 25 employees with P&L responsibility for $14M budget and four business units. Raised 2nd-round funding to launch Grove Medical Equipment, then grew the company to 3 locations with $1.7M in revenue in 18 months.

Grew product line from $6-$14M while guiding a multifunctional team to develop diagnostic and treatment modalities for sleep disorders, neurology, and upper airway surgery. Provided international sales and marketing support in EMEA, APAC, and NAM. Awarded Patent #6244865 for a tongue positioning device for acoustic upper airway imaging.
