Key responsibilities include: - Parts Ordering and Supply for service parts and accessories from suppliers through supply chain to Toyota & Lexus Dealers.- Supplier Development group responsible for improving supplier ordering and logistics for both manufacturing parts (from supplier to plants) and service parts (supplier to dealer). Includes crisis management. - Logistics operations for service parts and accessories, and oversee crossdock facilities and logistics for manufacturing parts. - Customer Call Center specific to parts availability, and Brand Protection Department.
