As part of my journey, I’ve led Deloitte marketing’s insight-led transformation journey through the creation of an in-house analytics team, including the development of a marketing measurement framework, 360-degree customer data warehouse, and democratization of data to enable insight-led decisions at scale.Before joining Deloitte, I led the web analytics implementation and measurement strategy for KPMG’s thought leadership Institutes.
