I’m a Digital Business Development professional at AIA Australia. In this role I and a team of business development specialists support financial advice practices across Australia. Our key focus is to educate you in the compelling retail insurance and healthy lifestyle offerings available through AIA Australia, one that is sure to compliment your advice recommendations for clients.I’ve worked within financial services for the past 16 years in a range of roles, from phone based adviser support, Insurance and Investment product administration, Quality and Standards, Process development and Training. Today I draw on these specialties to provide digitally based services to financial practices from our Brisbane office. Previous I worked as a qualified chef, where for 10 years it was all about the customer. A key learning from this time cheffing I still use today is, “you’re only as good as your last dish!” I apply this thinking to everything I do, because if you want the results, you need to put in the effort every time.I’m truly passionate about achieving the right outcome for a customer, with the most rewarding part of my role being able to see this come to life.I look forward to connecting with you and being able to share what I and Aia Australia represent for you and your clients.
