CurrentInventure Capital is a boutique investment fund with a portfolio of assets including multi-family apartment development, real estate subdivision, and early stage technology investments. We create an attractive risk-reward profile across diverse assets and differing time horizons, combining a unique blend of tax-efficient, cash-flow generating real estate exposure with long term investments in the technology of tomorrow. We’ve invested in three Madison, WI apartment buildings, four AUD lot subdivisions, and a handful of technology companies, including two health care information technologies, a mobile authentication platform, and a clean water technology company. We offer bespoke advisory work to include financial analysis and diligence research on a consulting basis.
