I led the global Sales Operations and Fulfillment organizations within Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, a multinational IT Solutions company with sales of more than $800M. Our products include hardware, software, services, software as a service, maintenance, and integrated solutions. I am responsible for the entire “opportunity to invoice” operational process, from pipeline management and sales forecasting, through order/contract intake and processing, to delivery enablement and billing- "Revenue Operations". I lead a global organization with presence in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Through continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen) I have reduced costs, complexity, and process times by an average of 20% in this consolidated organization.In this role I have led a global implementation of SalesForce.com across 30+ countries, encompassing over 200 users, and been a key part of the acquisition and integration of 8 European regions into our business. I’ve helped grow our channel business by 30% YtY through structured incentive programs for our business partners. I am heavily involved in supply chain management, running a bi-weekly war room to address shortages/allocations while working to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve 100% of HW revenue targets.

Toshiba acquired the Retail Store Solutions business from IBM in 2012. As the new director of Global Sales Operations for the acquired division, I served as the “chief of staff” for the Executive VP of Global Sales, with daily involvement in sales forecasting, sales incentive plan design, and cadence management. I was the “voice of Sales” during the merger and acquisition of Retail Store Solutions business into Toshiba, as a key leader throughout the M&A process. I conceived, built, staffed, and led an all-new Sales Ops/Sales Support organization spanning 42 countries initially. I was a key leader in our global implementation of Oracle EBS, rolling out 70+ modules in a single “big bang” implementation, replacing over 700 legacy business processes and systems.
