Over the course of my career I have been afforded the opportunity to consult, lead and deliver. During this time, I have also been on both the buy side and provider side of many transactions. I have been intimately involved with a number of M&A transactions that make my experience unique. As a consultant I have been involved with ground breaking engagements, some, the first of their kind for major clients within the utility industry.
