The General Manager is accountable for the total P&L of the Northeast with a focus on growing the overall revenue. My core responsibilities include defining and prioritizing long term growth strategies, leading a team of sales, account management and marketing individuals, while working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and other cross functional departments to ensure company objectives are achieved.

A commercial property facultative insurance broker is responsible for ceding portions of extreme policy level risk to multiple reinsurance markets. Facultative reinsurance is negotiated separately for each insurance contract that is reinsured not covered by in force reinsurance treaties.

A premium accountant is responsible for the management, collection, and application of insurance installment payments between the insurance carrier and the various brokers and agents that sell the insurance. I managed approximately 75 insurance agents/brokers selling Yacht and large boat insurance policies in the lower 48 states for the USA division of Royal & SunAlliance.
