The role is primarily responsible for leading the Business Services and Performance (BS&P) team and formulating the overall BS&P strategy to support LMW’s achievement of the overarching business strategy. The BS&P team encompasses financial and management reporting, corporate planning, the 5-year pricing submission, tax, treasury, fixed assets, business partnering, support services, procurement, risk, governance, fleet and IT. The project would deliver a new operating model and provide increased strategic management capability and control.
