As a young professional within the industry, I strive to help to the best of my abilities and serve the teams, coaches I work with directly on a daily basis. I am determined to use my best effort to carry out the goals of Duke Athletics while continuing to meet the needs of those I serve. My goal within the sport is to create meaningful relationships, and gain valuable experiences that will allow my skills and knowledge to further strengthen. I am passionate about sport and eager to soak up knowledge, learn new skills, and carry out the best practices to get any job or task done.I pride myself in being a hard working, problem solving, individual who can adapt to certain situations and experiences to allow for the best outcome. As I have worked at Duke University within their Athletic Facilities and Game Operations Team since early 2023, I have been able to strengthen my communication skills, and problem solving skills while working in a fast paced environment. Duke Athletics has taught me so many things about being a professional within sport and how to apply maximum effort to every task. Being apart of a close knit team has allowed me to further improve my knowledge of sport, while gaining value first hand experiences in event operations and facility management. In my time at Duke, I have been able to enhance my ability to plan, organize, and lead extensively. It is an honor and a privilege to work within Duke Athletics alongside some of the best industry professionals. I understand the purpose, and the bigger picture of Collegiate Athletics so I am able to implement those ideals into my day to day responsibilities.
