Michael is responsible for global HR operations for UST Global which is a leading digital and IT Services and Solutions company for Global 1000 enterprises. UST Global is a privately-held company with 30,000 associates operating in more than 30 countries. Michael currently manages country HR operations and global benefits. He is responsible for managing performance management, employee engagement, and for developing future strategies and tools for talent management. Michael is also responsible for managing HR shared services and he has led several M&A activities for key multi-country acquisitions.

Michael led HR at Advantage Solutions which is a privately held $1B company that operates in the U.S. and Canada. As the Vice President of Human Resources, he managed all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, rewards and recognition, benefits and HR operations. He upgraded talent in the company by recruiting senior level game changers, developing new scorecards, implementing panel interviews and training managers on effective calibration of their team members. He implemented the company’s first employee engagement surveys and incorporated the results into each manager’s scorecard. Mergers and acquisitions have been a very active part of the business strategy. Michael has delivered strong outcomes with due diligence, HR support and transition management for several acquisitions.

Michael started his career at Accenture which is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. During his career, Accenture revenue grew to $21B and the company changed from a global partnership to a public company. Accenture also underwent significant growth from 4,000 to 175,000 employees. He was a Senior Executive with Accenture and held several key leadership roles. He led the HR for the Products Industry Group. He established the HR shared services strategy and established a network of centers in Argentina, China, India and the Philippines. Michael also led HR operations and delivery across the company’s 13 separate geographies.
