Contracted to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre through the University of Melbourne.As development lead for a team of 12, designed and constructed a dynamic web application to allow access for Cancer Researchers around the globe, to analyse and collaborate research DNA sequences in these studies. The end product was a dynamic AJAX enhanced web application developed in Java (Spring & Hibernate), connecting to a back-end SQL database, which allowed advanced search, data comparison, analysis and report generation.Acted as a key architect through application design, and also took up development lead for the 2nd (and final) 3 month development iteration.
