Kammes returns to Key Code Media after previously serving for 10 years as its director of technology, where he made significant contributions, helping to shape the company’s technical direction. Kammes produces the YouTube series, 5Things, where he breaks down complex media technology topics.In his time away from Key Code, Kammes worked with technology providers such as BeBob Technology (Cree8) and Shift Media (EditShare). During this period, he helped studios, sports brands and other organizations transition to cloud and automation solutions. It’s this experience that has positioned him to understand the challenges media organizations face.At Key Code, Kammes will focus on helping its customers navigate the latest tools and trends in broadcast and media production. His areas of expertise include cloud, artificial intelligence and automation, critical technologies for modern media workflows. Kammes will collaborate with organizations to design custom solutions that solve real-world problems and accelerate their technological transformations. He will report to Key Code Media CTO Jeff Sengpiehl and will be responsible for design services consulting for a wide range of clients, including creative media production teams.In addition to his client-facing role, Kammes will work closely with the Key Code Media marketing team to create new educational content, including Inputs/Outputs explainer videos.
