Hey! I'm Michael, or Michaël in French. I am a Senior Data Scientist in the financial services industry, enthusiastic about embedding data of all kinds and deploying machine learning systems in production to bring high added value.I have 5 years of experience in machine learning science and engineering working with global financial services companies and startups. I developed chatbots, recommender systems and time series models from data exploration and model building to production deployment and monitoring. I participated in Kaggle competitions on medical imaging and deepfake detection.I am passionate about public speaking and debate. I give talks on machine learning in finance and I used to debate funny and thought-provoking motions in the British Parliamentary Style with the French Debating Association in Paris. We even made it to the semifinals of the national tournament!
