In addition to his company management tasks, he was the Project Director for the following projects in Malaysia:- Renong Expressway Network Management- Pavement Management System for North South ExpresswayProject tasks included the line management of a team of 23 design engineers and site supervision staff on the design and site supervision works on the heavy rehabilitation and upgrading of approximately 150 lane kilometres of expressway per year. The project scope of work included the following: development of 10-Year forward work programs and network maintenance budgets; packaging of design overflow work to external consultants; undertaking detailed pavement and geotechnical design; preparation of the technical contract documentation; and construction surveillance of the work. The capital works budget under the management of Africon was approximately 120 Million Malaysian Ringgit. Show less
