Served in Executive Leadership for OM USA setting direction and pace for the organization and cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability and teamwork while leading 40 people in the following groups: Recruiting & Mobilization, Short-term and Long-term Missionary Placement, Church Mobilization and Partnerships, and Speakers Bureau. This larger team served with passion, innovation and faithfulness in the midst of a recession seeing hundreds engage in global missions. Our team identified and implemented innovative practical solutions to challenging problems in personnel, partnership building and marketing. During these years I participated in a core team of strategic planning for OM in the USA. This was under the Leadership of Pat MacMillian, Triaxia Partners. One of the outcomes of the plan was a total restructure the USA team in 2013 which I helped shepherd people into their new roles.OM is an international community of 6100 missionaries serving in 118 nations. We are uniquely 13% from the USA and sending Christ-followers from 100 nations. We love Jesus Christ & want others to have the opportunity to worship Him. We strive to eliminate all human suffering, especially eternal suffering.

Motivate, Relate, Equip, and Send people with many levels of skill and age ranges into missions. I lead the team in the US mobilizing American Christian University Students to GO impact in the least-reached and most needy parts of the World.

Serving George Verwer in any task he assigns to help him be more effective and efficient. We traveled and ministered in 26 countries on 6 continents and 16 US states. I supported him when he spoke at 300 events where I was involved in setup, tear down, administration, selling books from various authors (usually several thousand books from 50+ authors at each event) and volunteer management.

Sales:Each summer for 10-14 weeks worked 80+ hours per week selling educational books and resources door-to-door. Each summer relocated to a new state including Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Texas.Recruiting, Training & Management: Personally recruited, trained and managed 22 people to sell with me during 2000, 2001, 2003 and 2004 summers. Recruiting and training was in the Spring, and further training and management was during the summer. Organizational Leadership:2003, 2004 summers, I was co-Organizational Leader and Organizational Leader leading, training and managing teams of 40+ people resulting in gross sales of $500,000 each summer. This included personal sales, sales management, incentive system, retention programs, logistics, and group vision.

Led a project to improve volunteer webpage for department and implement touchscreen sign-in for volunteers.Served welcoming volunteers, helping them feel welcome, and in any function which needed to be done.Participated in HR meetings and activities.Lived, worked and ministered with 60 other interns during the Orlando Summer Project. We studied the Bible together, conduced outreach or ministries in the evenings and weekends, and received regular one-on-one and lectures from CRU Leadership.
