Michael is passionate about helping financial institutions deliver competitive, customer-centric products and services that enhance their ability to better compete and serve their markets.

Serves as the leadership for Kinective's direct sales team. Bringing the future of banking to financial institutions that enable Financial Institutions to scale transformation efforts faster through one connection between fintechs and banking cores, and through advanced digital banking solutions.

Michael is responsible for the executive leadership of IMM’s marketing and product strategy. His vision, leadership and execution oversight include company and product brand initiatives, demand generation, sales-enablement, and partner marketing, as well as driving the strategic vision for the company’s innovative eSignature technology. He brings nearly 30 years of banking, technology and marketing leadership to IMM and most recently served as the President of Datastore, an information and technology management company serving more than 500 clients. His leadership experience includes technology industry brands such as EMC/Documentum/OTG/Legato, Clearview, Macrosoft/SER/Synergy in addition to financial institutions like the Federal Reserve Bank. Michael is a frequent spokesperson for IMM at industry events and conventions.

Researched business requirements and organizational needs in order to create a strategy and roadmap that would fit the organization's long-term needs while also aligning solutions and strategy within budgetary constraints.
