*Managed, maintained, and upgraded 110 different internally developed applications/Excel workbooks used to streamline business processes and increase accuracy.*Developed several new applications in C# that were incorporated into the policies and procedures of the business line.*Responded to issues with the applications from users and diagnosed/fixed the issue in a timely manner.*Upgraded all existing applications while business line underwent upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7.
