• Lending – Worked with 11 domestic and international banks to establish $405 million lending solution.
• Savings – Cut construction costs $6 million at one hotel.
• Purchasing – Eliminated ~$800,000 in outsourced purchasing costs by insourcing $75 million of FF&E purchasing.
• Business Continuity – Solidified company existence during times of negative economic impact (9/11/01 and national recession of 2008/2009).
• Acquisition and Development – Served as primary contact with selling parties, attorneys, and lenders to effectively oversee all due diligence efforts.

My role as CFO and Senior Vice President included overseeing finance, accounting, IT and mortgage servicing of major timeshare resort developer.

Audit and business advisory services to clients was my expertise in the areas of hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, real estate and various services. I also significantly contributed to mergers and acquisitions while at Arthur Andersen.
