Operational Readiness bridges the gap between the core operational teams of Infrastructure and Services. My role as Project Manager centres on facilitating between Infrastructure projects for new and refurbushed spaces across the University campus sites, engaging and managing key stakeholders, and ensuring that all our key Service lines to support these spaces are online and ready to support our students, staff and visitors from Day 1 of occupancy. Current projects include:- Placemaking for Students program (Camperdown / Darlington campus)- New building development for Faculty of Engineering- Refurbished performance space for the Conservatorium of Music

My role at Media Insight Consulting (MIC) over the 2+ years of my employment comprised of a mixture of data & survey-led research across entertainment, technology, and healthcare industries; media capture of qualitative groups; and organisational support for the internal, day-to-day operation of the business. My latest work for MIC involved creation of a business development strategy for expansion into the video games industry, and consumer insight for emerging technologies such as Virtual and Augmented Reality. I also utilised my expertise in the live music sector for the recently formed Live Data Agency, of which MIC is the data & research partner.

The Authority (now Property NSW) owns and manages some of New South Wales’ most significant assets including Sydney’s heritage and cultural precincts at The Rocks and Darling Harbour, with a vision to make extraordinary places the world talks about. During my employment, I engaged across all departments within this company division, from event production (including pre-event strategy and process planning, to onsite logistic roles), marketing, sponsorship, artist liaison, tenant relationship management, client services, and venue hire management, across events catering in attendance from 100 people to 100,000+, and short-term activations to multi-day festivals.

On the 30th of June, 2013, the Sydney Monorail had its final ride around town before being decommissioned. As such, Metro Transport Sydney wanted to send the iconic piece of Sydney transport and tourism infrastructure with a bang. I was contracted by MTS to organise and manage the entertainment for the Monorail's Farewell Celebrations on the final weekend of operation.
