As Vice President of HealthCheck360, Michael and his team deliver employee wellbeing to clients. Michael is passionate about helping clients make their companies great places to work through improved culture, enhanced benefit structures, and improving the employee experience. HealthCheck360 is a holistic wellbeing provider that gives employers and employees a customized user experience, inspiring them to achieve their highest potential. Through innovative technology, motivating rewards, coaching programs focused on behavioral change, chronic condition management, and powerful biometric data, users receive the support they need to get the results they want. Michael launched HealthCheck360 in 2007. Through that time, he has grown the company to provide a full suite of total population health solutions to over 250 employers and 100,000 employees annually. Michael serves on several local boards and on the board of the Iowa Wellness Council. Michael attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he received his Bachelor of Arts in American History and Western Religious Studies. Michael also received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque while he taught undergraduate courses in Business, History, and Economics.Michael has been a featured speaker at state and national wellness conferences, SHRM events, Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB), and various employee benefits and broker conferences.
