Responsible for leadership and direction of the Educational Services Division involving the management of all professional consulting services, professional learning, and technology training support for educational clients in the Southeast. The Vice President of Educational Services serves on the Senior Executive Leadership Team for I.T.S. Inc., a privately owned technology company averaging $55 million in annual revenue.

Responsible for overseeing Project C.A.R.E. and leading the complete transformation of three school districts in Alabama currently designated Needs Improvement Status. Materially participated in writing the 1003g School Improvement Grant and was successfully awarded $24M to to guide district leadership to transform six underperfoming schools over three years. All Project CARE schools experienced significant improvement in student achievement gains in reading and mathematics performance; as well as, recognition by Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence.

Largest school district in Southeast Georgia - 19 Schools (10 elementary, 4 middle, 2 high, 2 alternative, and 1 career academy) serving more than 12,000 students.Responsible for academic programs and student achievement-- Pre-K through the 12th grade. Implemented effective accountability and school improvement processes to ensure an instructional culture where all students could meet and exceed performance standards. Led Glynn County Elementary and Middle Schools to historic increases in percentage of students meeting and exceeding performance expectations on the CRCT. Led Glynn County High Schools to double-digit gains outperforming the RESA and the State with first-time performance on the GHSGT.

Gainesville, Atlanta Area

Responsible for operation of total educational program at GHS as well as overseeing district articulation efforts grades 6-12. Led Gainesville High School (Title I) from 90th out of 180 school districts in Georgia to Top 10 in the state 2007-2008 on percent of first-time test takers passing all subtests of GHSGT on first attempt. Among the top in the State! Increased graduation rate of Gainesville High School from 64% in 2005-2006 to 81% in 2006-2007. Significantly increased graduation rate of all subgroups. Among the top in the State! Closed achievement gap amongst all subgroups on the GHSGT at pass level. Overall – ELA-97% , Math 97%, Science 96%, Social Studies 95%. Significantly outperformed State averages.Nominated by superiors for Georgia Principal of the Year 2007-2008.
