Completely transformed every functional area of the firm (from investments, to compliance, to sales, to operations). Rebranded the organization from Capstone Financial Services to Crossmark Global Investments.Recruited and led a highly experienced executive team. Recruited highly talented and experienced leaders to the Steward Mutual Funds Board of Directors. Developed and championed the firm's Strategic Plan which resulted in assets under management growing to over $6 billion, two years in a row of record-breaking sales, and five consecutive quarters of record-breaking revenue upon my exit.

During my tenure as President the firm grew from $33 million in revenue to $100 million in revenue and opened several offices across the country. My prior roles revolved around fixing problem areas, leading various internal functional groups and practice areas, recruiting and onboarding professionals and teams of professionals, developing and executing the firm's strategic plan, leading the internal finance and accounting team, and creating a unique organizational culture that resulted in high longevity of the employees.
