This involved:• actively deleveraging parts of the loan book, • developing strategies to manage the restructuring loan book, • implementing a number of growth initiatives in NI • growing the deposit book in GB through new products and targeted marketing• a strategic review of the business in GB and Board sign-off for recommended option.
