I am a connector. When I started out in the world of Technology and Technology Sales ~20 years ago, I did so viewing it as a new job, not knowing it would turn into a career. I have spent most of my professional career helping IT professionals find new roles. In doing so, I learned that my passion lies in being the connection point between people. There is something tremendously gratifying about introducing individuals, teams and organizations to one another that end up driving meaningful results.Connector is not really a job title as much as it is a mentality. It is believing that no one person or company has all the answers and that by bringing people of different talents together greater value can be generated, more complete solutions can be created and difficult challenges can be overcome. I have had the privilege of being a part of and leading some exceptional teams, worked for entrepreneurs who allowed me to help drive and grow their businesses and even had the chance to be a part of selling two companies. It has been and continues to be a wonderful professional journey where I get to build and run high-performing teams, help clients solve problems and mentor and train others all while learning something new almost every day.
