Public Safety Application Architect
CurrentResponsible for the daily operation of all Public Safety technology platforms and applications. Maintain the reliability of the network with regards to desktop, peripheral, wireless and mobile applications. Responsible for the electronic security of Public Safety Center. Maintain all Public Safety user accounts in Active Directory, computer file access, camera access and phone recording systems. Audit all systems to assure CJIS, Accreditation and HIPPA regulations are being followed. Act as the Police Department’s Keeper of the Records, responsible for maintaining accurate files of all department records. Oversee process for reviewing and coding police officer reports and arrest reports; track down information on incomplete reports; categorize and supervise National Incident Reporting (NIBRS) data for the FBI and state police. Supervise and train support staff in the Records Division; coordinate and direct work flow; schedule staff and work assignments; prioritize and delegate work.
