Oversee process for reviewing and coding police officer reports and arrest reports; track down information on incomplete reports; categorize and supervise National Incident Reporting (NIBRS) data for the FBI and state police. Supervise and train support staff in the Records Division; coordinate and direct work flow; schedule staff and work assignments; prioritize and delegate work.
