As the Head of Global Commercial Systems at Ramboll, a leading engineering, architecture and consulting company, I lead and manage the global CRM implementation and integration of our commercial systems, optimizing marketing and sales processes across the organization. I have over 20 years of experience in CRM, BI, and sales operations, and I am certified by the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) with a CPSM. In addition to my global role, I also served as the Head of Marketing & Business Intelligence for the Americas, and as the Director of Marketing & Business Intelligence at O'Brien & Gere (OBG), a subsidiary of Ramboll. In these roles, I oversaw the client account management program, the sales training program, and the business intelligence and predictive analysis for the geography, managing a team that supports the growth of a $500M/year organization. I have successfully led the CRM migration and integration with the ERP systems, and the launch of a global CRM implementation, enabling the business to leverage data and insights for strategic decisions.I am passionate about delivering value to our clients and stakeholders, and driving innovation and excellence in our industry.
