Mainly done through doing projects inhouse vs outsourcing.  Assembled and authored work orders, proposals, vendor database, and vendor relations through Service Channel (CMMS System). Reinforced the efforts of the CEO, CFO, RVP, VP, managers regarding any health, safety, and operational concerns. Tactically maintenance all contracts, life safety systems contracts, and landlord compliance with Kohls. Diplomatically led efforts of building closings per lease agreements, remove, relocate, and liquidate FF&E, signage, and landlord walk. Over sees utilities on site such as gas, wastewater, water & electrical. Works with various vendors when challenges arise. Asset tags & solutions to all facilities assets across campus.
