Presented work at lab meetings and participated in journal clubs.Project resulted in several posters at NIH intramural conferences, and a contribution to a chapter in Current Protocols in Cell Biology, enrolled in several FAES upper division and graduate level courses. The theory being that high affinity receptors may have usefulness as future immunotherapies. Binding measurements were collected through surface plasmon resonance and compared to estimates from the protein design software: Rosetta Design.
