About Michael Knaack

Passionate, Positive and ProductiveWhen it comes to my career, I have two main driving forces:1. Helping people succeed 2. Saving my employer money and resources I had my first major epiphany about saving money when I arrived at a new job I knew very little about. I inherited a desk covered by stacks of paper, un-paid bills, un-filled receivables and I even found a candy wrapper. With no help, training or prior experience, I went to work uncovering and discovering what I had been given as I went through each and every scrap. Within six months, I had identified, organized, and researched all items. What I discovered and recouped was over $50,000 in overpayments and duplicate obligations. To me, new jobs are like treasure hunts. This is a summary of the experience and the skill set that I could bring to your company:Resource managementBuilding managementProject managementSolid waste and recyclingProcess analysisAuditingBudgetingPurchasingFiscal analysisPublic RelationsCommunicationsSpeaking and presentationsTraining and teaching CoachingI believe that no one should have a monopoly on environmental stewardship. Everyone can do their part.I believe that sometimes the good things we do, cannot be measured. But if they can be measured, I can do it...and then explain the results in normal, everyday language.I can make your business more efficient and cost effective. For the latest details on my current employment situation or for questions and comments, please private message me.Thanks for stopping by.
