I am a dedicated leader with a strong drive to continuously optimize, do thingssmarter and minimize non-value-adding complexity. I take a holistic, result-orientedand proactive approach to working with everything from overall visions and strategiesto technical details.I have a professional background in management, mechanical engineering and projectmanagement.Currently I’m head of the oven design department at Bühler Haas-Meincke. The departmentis based at three different locations.From 2007 to 2019 I worked as a Development manager for Hydraflex, where I hadthe overall responsibility for my staff and for our products. Here I optimized ourdevelopment processes and worked on new product areas such as hydraulic cylindersfor windmills, certified cylinders for the offshore industry and jacks for the aerospaceindustry.My first job was at Bang & Olufsen as a mechanical designer. Here I worked a lot withrobot technology and automation for high end car- and audio/vision-products. Thebiggest project I was involved in was nominated for “Automatiseringsprisen 2007”.
