Project manager for the internationalization project "From Pupil to Global Citizen." The project aimed to encourage pupils to develop a growth mindset in an increasingly globalized world and to take action aligned with the UN Global Goals. From 2018 to 2021, the project received an Erasmus+ grant to explore feedback practices and parental cooperation in public daycare institutions and schools in Norway, Spain, and Finland.Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief of Public Schools and Special Education. I worked on education and learning projects at The Administration for Children and Young People in Skanderborg Kommune. My main task was the implementation of the new reform for the public schools, including preparation of management information through quality reports and implementation of new IT systems in the schools. Additionally, I was a project manager for the internationalization project “From pupil to global citizen”. The project aims to encourage the pupils to create a growth mindset in an increasingly globalized world. I also worked as a Personal Assistant (PA) for the chief consultant within the fields of public schools and day-care institutions. Here, my tasks covered research, professional feedback and support, strategic and political guidance, meeting preparations, and minute taking.
