Provided the systems and technical leadership on the EMIRS airborne radar program. Responsibilities included Systems planning, requirements generation and flowdown and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).■ Selected as Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) as well as Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) lead from program inception through successful major program reviews. Under my integrated product team leadership, all SEIT contract deliverables were provided early/on-time.■ Prepared Systems costing inputs for a follow-on proposal effort; resulting in being awarded the contract.■ Served as Control Account Manager (CAM) for all SEIT cost accounts, providing monthly Earned Value (EV) reports.■ Prepared multiple sections for the major program design reviews, Preliminary (PDR) and Critical (CDR), and ensured entry criteria were satisfied.
