Two (2) of the family practice clinics were part of osteopathic graduate medical education programs.Managed the contract management process that included the negotiation, acquisition, transition, and staffing of acquired physician practices including over site of practice operations once acquisition was complete. Directly responsible for twenty-three (23) cost centers including two hundred and fifty (250) employees with gross revenues exceeding twenty-five million ($25,000,000) per year.Additional cost center responsibilities included; finance and budgeting; managed care contracting and compliance; practice system implementation and setup (IDX GPMS); process improvement; project management; new and existing site development. During my time with HMG, we saw a twenty (20%) percent reduction in expenses and a (25%) increase in net revenues. We reduced our operating loss from six million ($6,000,000) dollars to less than ($500,000) in a five (5) year time period.
