He also assisted inventor Tory Weber to secure Wayne Gretzky’s investment participation in the Thermablade (heated skate blade) project. His production of a video for Alberta Energy about Alberta's oil reserves was seen by Vice President Chaney. He has garnered international recognition from the Hollywood Radio and Television Society and the New York Radio and Television Festival honoring the world’s best broadcast advertisements. In 2007, his book, "The Father's Guide To Surviving With Kids", was published as part of the Bachelors Guide Book Series, which has sold collectively 300,000 copies.
