In 2019 I joined the global implementation team responsible for the implementation of Workday HCM, ServiceNow CRM and the establishment of 3 HR Shared Service Centres within PPG. I am currently responsible for Knowledge Management as part of the Global Service Delivery team, managing the relationship between the Strategic Business Units, Human Resources and the HR Shared Service Teams located in regional hubs.
