A large part of my role is providing customer service and support at every level from CEO to Secretary ensuring total customer satisfaction.I personally install equipment and cabling for customers using my experience acquired over several years as a field technician on countless projects across the country. I have a comprehensive understanding of low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and equipment deployment in commercial environments.

I provided diagnostic and repair services on telecommunications cabling from demarcation point to customer premises equipment to ensure stable WAN connectivity.
