I own and operate SRV Solutions, an IT Consulting firm providing custom technology solutions for businesses. I design, coordinate, and implement complete solutions for customers that require reliable networking, data storage, security, communications, and multi-site solutions. I work as a liaison to vendors to ensure proper installation of products and services. A large part of my role is providing customer service and support at every level from CEO to Secretary ensuring total customer satisfaction.I personally install equipment and cabling for customers using my experience acquired over several years as a field technician on countless projects across the country. I have a comprehensive understanding of low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and equipment deployment in commercial environments.

Network configuration, implementation, and integration of various vendor equipment. Maintenence and troubleshooting of field deployed network elements and outside plant infrastructure. Experience with Cisco, Cienna, Fujitsu, Samsung, and Nokia Network and RF configuration and installation.

I installed low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and equipment (severs, racks, switches, routers, APs) in commercial buildings (retail, office, and warehouse). I provided diagnostic and repair services on telecommunications cabling from demarcation point to customer premises equipment to ensure stable WAN connectivity.
