My practice consists of representing a variety of clients before federal and state utility regulators. Some of my most significant representations include a long-standing relationship with an independent transmission system operator, a large utility holding company and its subsidiaries, and a major industrial end-use customer. In connection with these representations, I have had the opportunity to address most of the major issues currently facing the electricity industry, such as market design and oversight, generator interconnection (including the unique issues relating to interconnecting renewable resources), standards of conduct, mandatory reliability requirements, and transmission planning.
