Work includes managing all new projects at the Hospital (Small Works, Variations, Capital Renovations, New Build, etc.)- Manage wide range of various construction projects (approx: $5M) within a fully operational and functional Hospital environment, including architectual projects, mechanical projects, electrical projects, IT projects, civil projects, etc. (ex. new parking lots, room renovations, pharmacy upgrades, new capital works, new healthcare infrastructure additions, etc.)- Assist with management of planned/reactive maintenance work to ensure Hospital operation is continual and resilient post various system failures.- Engage all project stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Contractors, In-House Maintenance Staff, Members of Public, etc.) to ensure project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, finance, and safety are all managed during various projects.- Assist with determining how construction works will impact Life-Cycle and Facility Management Costs over the 30-year contractual term within the P3/PPP Realm (Public-Private Partnership).- Participate in regular Senior Management Team Meetings, Facility Management Coordination Group Meetings, and Client Meetings, to engage with clients and promote effective, continual, and resilient operation of Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
