CurrentAlliance Consumer Group is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative, high quality products to consumers. Key Responsibilities include:• Provide exceptional support to users including:* Engaging with users who are experiencing work stoppages caused by error messages, lockups, or other issues.* Troubleshooting issues with any custom-built applications that operate as extensions of GP. * Support for third-party GP add-on products like:* Rockton GP Power Tools* Rockton Auditor* SPS EDI application* Willoware GP Power Pack* Blue Moon Operations Core Modules• Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues with Koerber warehouse management system.• Manage the Dynamics Architecture including reviewing and applying application or database patches for regular maintenance and as a part of problem resolution.• Maintain existing SSRS reports and create new SSRS reports to leverage automation of financial reporting.• Provide support for user-issues with Management Reporter.• Run Management Reporter data mart rebuilds.• Manage and support multiple GP Environments for projects, training, testing, and production.• Perform GP Upgrades and assist in user acceptance testing.• Create documentation: operational runbooks, policies, procedures, workflows, technology maps.• Work closely with other departments in the implementation of process improvements.• Participate on all projects for extending and improving Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.• Build and test SmartConnect map integrations to the ERP system from data sources including, Salesforce, SQL, Jet Global, Magento.• Provide administrative and development support for SalesPad (Cavallo) software platform.• Utilize IT ticketing system to track project work.• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on priority requests and system changes.• Configure SQL Database and create management plans to backup the database.
