The International Sous Vide Association (ISVA) provides education, networking opportunities, and experiential events for enthusiasts (both professional and amateur) of the sous vide cooking method. The ISVA is an independent association (not directly affiliated with any particular brand or machine) focused on providing excellent service to its members.My duties are to run every aspect of the day to day responsibilities for the association. Among other duties, this includes:• Creating content for publication and events (written, graphic and video)• Recipe Development• Ensuring websites and digital assets are up to date• Creating and planning all logistics for events, both digital and in person• Managing finances and bookkeeping• Creating and scheduling e-newsletters, marketing graphics and all social media content• Building partnerships with major brands, securing sponsorship and in-kind support• Maintain / admin online community on Facebook• Travel for major industry events throughout the year to network and build strong relationships, keep on top of what's new in the market

Primary responsibilities include fulfillment of sourcing and meeting management services for Nuila Events clients.

Primary Responsibilities:- Manage all Company operations processes and procedures including contracting, client onboarding, training, vendor relations, etc.- Manage fulfillment of all Company services (hotel sourcing, meeting management, vendor referral, etc.)- Oversee Human Resources including hiring, onboarding, and training processes- Oversee Company finance department including accounting, invoicing, reporting, commission payments, legal processes
