Managing the Core Expansion team with cross-functional collaboration across teams in Product, Design & Engineering to evolve the core Extend platform offering for top co priority initiatives: Enterprise & Globalization.My day to day tasks consist of career building, team staffing, running scrum ceremonies, product management, program management, technical strategic direction, cross functional negotiations with stakeholders, driving the M10Y initiative, owning the Technical Roadmap for both cross functional initiatives: Enterprise and Globalization and developing the Product Roadmap for M10Y/Enterprise/Extend v2.0.My achievements consist of transitioning the I18N team into the Core Expansion team with re-prioritization of our team's initiatives, iterating on SDLC process for the team's cross functional needs, develping engineers, constantly delivering through reorgs, wearing multiple hats from Engineering Management to Product and Program. This includes, but not limited too, orchestrating the update to our multi-tenancy model for Enterprise/Extend 2.0 consisting of Accounts, Organizations and OIDC Authentication & Authorization (OAuth), Localization service and Tax service, as well as guiding other Product Engineering teams (program management) in building their Enterprise services and portal applications for the new Enterprise M10Y model while coordinating with our Platform Engineering teams such as Security Operations over their OAuth token exchange service for integrating our API. The team's work has enabled Extend's core product offering to serve new and existing Merchants' customers in Canada, having gone live in 2021 and 2022.

Created a strong foundation for Angular app development by setting patterns from best practices established in the community with goals of minimal TTI, code extensibility & maintainability for multiple Angular apps. Ran PR reviews to insure technical excellence by minimizing technical debt while balancing it with business needs. I was the Architect for their Online-Ordering service (https://order.eatbirdcall.com/), an app shell for multiple mini apps, and a Kitchen Display System. It's highly de-coupled, with extensible code, and minimal TTI using Reactive Architecture (NgRx and Angularv6).Higher level management referred to my apps as "snappy" compared to their previous Angular apps, given it's speediness in loading the initial page load, subsequent page loads and general feature reactivity.

Refactored AngularJS Components to Follow Best Practices set by Airbnb. Implemented i18n & l10n for the AngularJS apps. Fixed bugs and implemented new features on the frontend and backend. Build an Email service on top of CakePHP. Developed new line of Emails that work in Outlook 2007+ with responsiveness utilizing the framework called Ink. Used Gulp to build SASS and Vagrant to manage virtual machines.
