Drive and manage Sierra-Cedar's Technology Consulting division. Oversee sales response and overall division operations, including project staffing, delivery, utilization management, recruiting, service incubation, and vendor relationships. Key infrastructure and integration technology focus areas include Amazon Web Services (AWS), MuleSoft, Splunk, Oracle - PeopleSoft, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Responsible for Technical Consulting practice management, reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Consultant headcount varied around 50, including one additional regional director report. Management duties included recruiting and retention of Technical Consultants, which consisted of DBAs and Systems administrators. Specific responsibilities included managing the recruiting process, employment offers, consultant utilization, project staffing, utilization forecasting, and compensation reviews.

Responsible for project oversight and consulting services delivery for all Education and Government clients. This includes final sales support, proposal review, contract review, project staffing, project initiation, project quality and adherence to service contracts. Additional duties include delivery innovation, knowledge management, and industry and vendor relationships. Responsible for practice management of the PeopleSoft Student Administration Systems consulting practice. Duties included recruiting and retention of Student Administration functional and technical consultants. Specific responsibilities include managing the recruiting process and making final employment offers, consultant utilization, project staffing and forecasting, compensation reviews and training and skill development.

Technical consulting support of PeopleSoft Financials Application.

Consulting Support for PeopleSoft General Ledger Project.

Provided post installation support, construction and project management of the implementation of PeopleSoft General Ledger 3.0 and 5.01 on Sun/Informix 7.11 environment. Involvement included the construction, testing and production implementation phases. Assigned to provide primary technical leadership during the design, construction, testing and implementation phases. Major accomplishments included: supported post installation configuration and problem solving including: COBOL, PeopleCode, Records, Panels, SQR’s, Crystal, n/Vision; setup and stabilized the Process Scheduler; chartfield modifications; designed, constructed and integrated the Combination Editing COBOL/PeopleCode module and integrated into the edit process; PeopleSoft support administration and fix coordination; setup separate database environments; and knowledge transfer on the various technical aspects of the PeopleSoft infrastructure and problem solving techniques.In addition to billing obligations, additional responsibilities included construction and operational support of a PeopleSoft consultancy. Including sales, sales support, recruiting, utilization and P&L management.

Provided primary technical support for the PeopleSoft General Ledger 2.2, Windows 3.1, Novell 3.11, HP/UX A.09.04E, Oracle 7 project. Involved in all phases of the project life cycle. Major assignments and accomplishments included: post installation support and configuration of PeopleSoft; Third party production integration and configuration: FTP TCP/IP 3.0, FTP, Telnet, SQL*Net 1.1 analyzed, designed and implemented Chartfield customization, including Record, Panel, Menu, PeopleCode and SQR modifications; designed, implemented and integrated a custom COBOL Combination Edit module; managed conversion of 2.5 years of production DBS detail transactions into PeopleSoft.
