Building connection with people is my strongest strength. After graduated from the university with the bachelor degree of Psychology, I worked to build bonding to various parties. I truly believe that I could connect customs to the company. I was a high school SEN teacher. I provided SEN students with supplementary lessons, emotional support, career planning and individual educational plans. Again, whenever I am faced with a scenario which puts me in severe frustration, I wish I could acquire more knowledge to be able to handle a difficult situation more smoothly and provide some constructive suggestions to students in need. Through counselling and teaching, I have found my sense of achievement and identity. I am more into counselling than conducting research. Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple Inc., once reminded students to stay foolish, stay hungry. From time to time I found myself having insufficient knowledge to tackle a tricky problem. Upon graduation, I have supported the School Support Scheme for over 500 students in more than 10 primary schools. I have taught students with Special Educational Needs ("SEN students”) over the last 7 years. I organized regular group training, day camp, overnight camp to improve the resilience of SEN students when I was working as a project assistant. Apart from SEN students, I have also interacted with youngsters who are emotionally unstable or even attempt to commit suicide. I love the sense of achievement when I help SEN students manage to make a breakthrough in their personal growth. However, there are also moments of frustrations. When I interact with teenagers who are emotionally unstable or have attempts to commit suicide, they require immediate counselling. I did not possess with me enough knowledge or wisdom to deal with such situation where potential failure could cause dire consequences.Only if I get the chance to acquire knowledge in counselling and education will I be able to achieve the unachievable. I am confident that all the golden chances will be able to assist me to take a leap closer to my ultimate goal. I strive to become the captain who steers our future generation to their next destination and I genuinely hope your company will be involved in my plan to shine and thrive in the future.
