Jll) Fit-Out Phase Combat Crime Building QCB --Heritage FurnitureJob Responsibilities Study project documents, scope of work, technical requirements and specifications. Prepare technical Submittals, LOI ,LPO, RFI, Variation Orders, and Value Engineering Reports. Revise the design drawings and specifications compatibility with the requirements, to issue the bill of quantities (BOQ). Work shop drawings, composite and as built drawings Project's Technical study including but not limited to: Voltage droop calculation, Short circuit analysis, load calculations and estimation, panels SLD, and light current systems Raiser diagrams.

 Read carefully the BID documents (RFP- request for proposal ) and understand well the scope of work , technical requirements and technical specifications Packaging of all electrical systems’ materials to send RFQs to the suppliers Review RFP documents including design drawings and specifications to check compatibility with the Technical requirements, to raise any conflicts between project documents and create a list of RFIs Preparing the bill of materials for the Electrical components needed for the project in its bidding stage. Make analysis for each BOQ items Estimating the cost of the material by getting price quotations from local/external suppliers or subcontractors. Comparing commercially and technically the received offers and determining which offer is the best Estimating the labor crews and equipment cost which is needed to finalize the installation works according to the scope of work and technical specifications

 Read carefully the BID documents, scope of work and technical requirements and SPECS State the design requirements for the job and negotiate with the design department to issue the pre-design (BID design) Check the design drawings and specifications compatibility with the requirements, to issue the bill of quantities (BOQ) of the material to be Packaged and sent as a RFQBID Stage Preparing the bill of materials for the Electrical components needed for the project in its bidding stage. Estimating the cost of the material by getting price quotations from local/external suppliers or subcontractors. Comparing the received offers and determining which offer is the best commercially and technically. Estimating the labor crews and equipment cost which need to finalize the installation works according to the scope of work and technical specifications.After Award Stage Attending meetings with the design firm (if applicable) and provide the bid stage electrical assumptions in order to be considered at the design stages. Reviewing % submittals of the design drawings and specification to offer the best commercial design according to the required specifications. Reading the plans and measuring them accurately to issue the bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the material to the procurement department to be purchased. Stating the changes in the BOQ due to different revisions of the submitted design and reporting them to different trades (procurement, cost control, and contract departments) for their proper action. Answering the technical inquires and problems that may meet the site engineers and offering appropriate solution technically and commercially. Updating the material price list on monthly basis. Follow up the site progress and the actual labor productivity & rates in order to get accurate estimates in the future

Attending weekly internal meetings to report the work progress. Reviewing the project’s documents (BOM (Bill of Materials), Drawings, and Specifications) Supervision and technical support for a team of 2 foremen and more than 30 technicians and helpers. Responsible for certifying that all electrical products and electrical installations are performed as per the contract specifications, technical requirement, scope of work , approved shop and coordination drawings, and the code of standard including but is not limited to: Prime and backup power generator installation , testing and commissioning Transformers and transformers low voltage distribution panels. Infrastructure system and Underground distribution system conduits, manholes, hand holes, and cables MVSG Installation , testing and Commissioning (High potential Tests, and meager test) Main, sub main and final distribution panel boards( installation, termination, testing and commissioning) Small Power and lighting systems (cable trays, Conduits and wiring) Light current systems (Fire alarm, Access control, PA, MATV, and CCTV systems) Data system ( Structured cabling, Cable trunks, conduits, and access points) Responsible for the Installation schedule and sequence of operation plans. Identify deficiencies in any electrical installation and advise the Forman or technicians to take corrective actions Responsible for getting maximum efficiency by getting maximum output (Work progress, and quality) with minimum inputs (work man hours, equipment, and material loses) Provide technical assistance to Procurement, Planning, and Site Project Engineers. Hand over the installed electrical materials to the consultant.
