• Responsibility for producing fuel audit reports (in Excel), submitted to retrieve £23million in duty rebate, for a 1370 bus fleet operating across 10 depots. The role included fuel ordering for all depots and also fuel usage data collation, entry, analysis, management and submission of fuel related data and issues for all vehicles. Implemented audit report automation by overseeing rollout of fuel monitoring technology in depots. Recalled in August 2008 to train new staff.
