Developing of initial Service Level Agreement contracts with four new entity organizations being Western Power, Horizon Power, Synergy and Verve Energy.Implementing financial management changes including improved cost recovery model and invoicing processes, reducing cross subsidization of services.IT&T Group integration into Networks Electricity Business entity with focus on process and governance framework as well as development of customer engagement models.IT Service Delivery Process Improvements with focus on ITIL best practices. Including the commencement of internal IT&T Sponsored projects covering:- Creation of IT&T Group Process Framework (Operating Model)- Mapping of key IT&T processes.- Implementation of version control processes to reduce ongoing risk.- Implementation of configuration management processes and base configuration management database to assist in future medium term plan objectives.
